Refund and return
All you need to know about refund and return I relation to; regrets order, received wrong size, recived product with defect on our side, or lost package. We comply with the Right of Withdrawal Act(Angrerett loven) which applies to all EU countries. When you place an order, you agree to the Therms of Use, which is connected to this site.

Return: Customer sends back the product to Sazai Re- delivery (replacement of order): Customer/or freight company (if package is attempted) sends the product back and receives the correct one or the same, in this case it varies about what is agreed up upon by customer and sazai. For example customer receives wrong size product and sends it to sazai, and receives the same product as ordered with the correct size. Refund: Money back ---- Who pays the freight back?If the customer REGRETS the package/purchase (Right of Withdrawal), the customer itself must pay the freight back. If customer receives: wrong size, damaged product, wrong color etc: Sazai pay for the freight back. |
You regret your order?
Options: Receive refund (money back) when Sazai receives the regretted package
When it comes to regretting purchases, Sazai follows the "right of withdrawal law" which applies to all EU countries.
You have Right of Withdrawal when:
The purchase has been made over the internet or by telephone (and businesses have arranged for the sale to take place that way).Or the purchase took place at home, on the street or at a stand - and you shopped for over 300 kroner/NOK.
When does it apply?
You have two weeks (14 days) to report to us, and the countdown begins when you have received the item and all information. Send or deliver the item to the seller (Sazai) within 14 days after you reported that you regretted it.
When will I receive refund?
Sazai sends back the money to the customer (refund the money) when we receive the regretted package. Have in mind that It can take some few days from the day Sazai sends refund to when the amount is visible on your bank account.
Who pays the freight back?
The seller (Sazai) cannot charge a fee for you to regret your purchase. You are entitled to a refund of all the money you have paid, but it is you who must pay the return, as long as you were notified in advance, or you have not agreed otherwise.
Customer pays freight back if the purchase was regretted.
Sazai disregards whether the product has manufacturing defects or not regarding the Right of Withdrawal Act. If you revice a product that has wrong size, is damaged, or you regret: you get different options:
Wrong size:
Options: Re-delivery and refund, Customer DO NOT pay freight back (sazai do)
Send me your order number. You can either send me the product with wrong size and recive refund (money back); return, or receive the right size and send me the wrong size back; re-delivery. You have 14 days to contact Sazai from the day you recive the product to be able to recive refund or return.
Damaged product:
Options: Receive new product (the same as you ordered; replacement) or refund. Customer DO NOT pay freight back (sazai do)
Send me your order number. The damage needs to be either a damage from sazai or shipping. If the damage is caused by the customer or if you have woren it, you can not recive refund of return.
You can recive a new product;replacement or refund if this has happend, but have in mind that sazai need to recive photos and proof of the product beeing damaged by Sazai or caused by production mistakes. You have 14 days to contact Sazai from the day you recive the product to be able to recive refund or return.
Criteria for reciving replacement or refund of product: (for damaged and defected products)
- Defect on our side (caused by Sazai, Unused
- Checked that there is no size sticker inside the garment for example (can look like a defect or miscoloring on the outside (on for example white t-shirts)
- Take contact with us on mail as soon as possible within 2 weeks from when you receive the defected product.
- Enter also your tracking/shipping number or/and order number and name when you send the mail.
If you recived wrong size or recived product with defect caused by sazai and you have all the criteria above, you must do this to have your order returned:
- Take a picture of the damage caused by SAZAI or the wrong size you recived (IF THERE IS DAMAGE FROM EITHER CUSTOMER OR OTHER, RETURN IS NOT AN OFFER, SORRY)

Send an email to sazai.official@gmail.com and explain about the damage and the problem and that you want a return on the item
- Sazai responds within 0-2 days. Then sazai covers the shipping price.
Lost package:
Options: 0
Sazai does not take responsibility for lost package during transport, since this is something out of our control. Sazai does not cover or have responsibility for shipping prices and refunds if this has happened. Please contact us and inform about the problem. That way we can help solve this. Also inform us about your order number, address and name and relevant information in relation to the lost package. In addition: contact/call supplier or company. Sazai will also contact the supplier to help solve the problem.

If the package says it is delivered but you do not have it; We do not take responsibility for any; stolen, lost or undelivered packages. We will not replace any packages if this has happened. Please contact the carrier of the package/shipment.
Attempted delivered:
Options: Re-delivery (in this case; the freight company sends it back to me if it is attempted delivered)
If the package was attempted delivered but denied by the customer, this responsibility is on the customer. If this happens, sazai do NOT have any responsibility (since it is out of our control) to pay for the freight back if the package is being sent back to Sazai and the customer wants re-delivery. We will help to check if the address is correct and contact the shipping company. You can receive refund (money back) when sazai receive the attempted package, instead of receiving re delivery.
Check your mail also when you know a package is on it way to you. You will also receive the link to pay TAXes from the supplier company; if you do not live In Norway. Pay this before the date that is submitted.
